These are a good knife set for the money! I take care of my purchases so these should last a long time. Comfortable grip and they are sharp, cut well with good balance. I can't say enough good things about these knives. I am a higher level home cook who cooks as a hobby. Suffice it to say, I use knives a lot for cooking and have become picky about knives. I was skeptical that such an affordable set of knives could actually be good. I was pleasantly surprised. These came super sharp and are comfortable and easy to use with just the right amount of weight to aid in cutting ingredients without being exhausting. I bought these back in 2020. They still work great. I’ve never had to sharpen and they are my favorite for everything. They cut perfectly, no issues and rust resistant after all these years! However, after years of use and wash (in dishwasher) the handle piece started coming off. I’ve tried to peel it off completely but it’s peeling little by little. Could be the dishwasher or heat/dry cycle from it. That’s the only drawback. When I’m using them, the handle starts peeling off on my hand. I still use them religiously though! Great cutting knives! One of the best things I've done for myself this year was order this great set of knives. I had been looking for a set I could afford, where the price did not make my eyes water, that had good reviews, and gets the job done. They are a great value for money. Nice and sharp. Handle beautifully and are super comfortable to hold and use. I wish they'd have had more color options, although the teal is a very nice color. I’ve had my 1st set of RR knives for over 15 years, and loved them! They started cracking on the handle and they just didn’t keep sharp after sharpening. So, I went on the search for new knives.
