I could tell that the size chart was not correct just by looking at the difference in the increasing waist sizes but I didn't know how much off it was and was it off larger or smaller? I guessed that it was off smaller and went for the size larger than I actually wear, I guessed wrong. They were way too large in the waist and a little too large in the hips. I really like the pants though, the fabric is great and the style is exactly what I want in a pair of white pants. I'm just afraid that ordering the smaller size might be another big mistake, I can always have them taken in but you can't let out fabric that isn't there. Read more

These are lovely pants. I wish they were a bit more satiny looking--they're just a bit off of matte-- but the fabric is very soft and comfortable. They fit exactly the right length on me (34" inseam), so the length is right if you're on the taller side. I was between sizes and ordered up to the 16 because online stuff tends to run small, but these are tts or slightly large in the waist (a 14 US is what I normally wear and would've been just fine). However, I do have a bit of a booty, so I'm happy enough with this fit since these are primarily for work in the warmer months. The rise is at my belly button, and they are super easy to take care of--I just wash them on delicate and hang them to dry; they don't really even need an iron (and they're a great pant for travel, which I do a lot of, because they are thin and lightweight so they take up very little room in your bag, are easy-care, and are versatile). They're also comfortable on a plane--I wore these on a 3.45 hr flight and had no issues with comfort (they have a perfect amount of elasticity so you feel comfortable but look pulled together). I would recommend these but don't size up. Also, if you're petite, they'll likely be long on you. For reference, I'm 5'10", 190 lbs, 38dd, 32 jeans, inverted triangle/apple shape. Read more
