DIDN'T RECEIVE 3 PACKS AS ADVERTISED Ordered this twice after verifying w/ Rufus (Amazon's AI) & w/ the product description that you're supposed to get 3 packs (total of 12 traps) w/ this order. Both times I only got a single pack (total of 4 traps). TRAPS INEFFECTIVE I read all the instructions that came w/ the ONE pack (of the advertised 3). It clearly imdicates that some species of ants aren't affected by these. However, some of my black ants did go into the trap, & died there, while others came & left. Yet the black ants kept coming & increasing in number, & they eventually walked over the traps w/out going in them. I left these things out until the blue started fading months later, & the ant problem only worsened. SUMMARY Both times I ordered, I didn't receive the 3 packs (of 12 traps) as advertised AND the traps I set down were ineffective. Don't say this often, but this product was a waste of money in effectiveness & in not receiving the advertised quantity of product. Read more
