Wonderful product but it leaked two days ( Saturday-Sunday!)
I ordered this for a replacement of my dynamic jellyfish aromatherapy diffuser/ humidifier worked really well for two days and it started leaking Sunday night, I have no idea why or how it started leaking or how it broke. Set up was easy and it was working just fine Saturday night into Sunday, Sunday evening right before dinner it started leaking I dont know if I accidentally over filled it or some internal part broke such as the plunger holding the water in the basin. But for something with a 12 month manufacturer warranty... I had to contact Customer service to order a replacement. Why I couldn't contact the manufacturer is besides me. I also looked up troubleshooting but I did not know what part is the pump, or the plunger the troubleshooting for this was a bit too complex for me to understand, I would like to avoid the leakage issue again but it is very hard to fill the basin, with the clear plastic covering. I dont know how else to fill it and to avoid over filling it to avoid this entire issue fom happening once more. This product is manufactured in 2025. So what I did like was the built in bluetooth speaker. I also loved the rain drop effect and the mist. But is there a way to avoid a leakage issue from happening once more? It is extremely hard to fill it to the max line with the clear plastic covering over the basin. There's no easy way to take it off to empty it, and to clean it and dry it, I just wish it didnt leak. The water was coming through the bottom speakers. I'd love to avoid that whole issue again with the replacement which is coming tomorrow, so I hope the same issue doesn't happen with the replacement but it is so hard to fill the basin which makes it easy to over fill it. Such a vibe!
The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do! The rain cloud effect is super calming, and the LED lights give my room such a cozy, aesthetic feel. The Bluetooth speaker quality is actually really solid, clear sound and easy to connect. I love using it at night while I’m winding down or working; the gentle rainfall and mist make the whole atmosphere so relaxing. It’s definitely more than just a humidifier, it’s a mood. Cheaply made was broken and leaking the first day. And I had already thrown away the box. It didn't come with the remote like it shows. And I wanted to return but didn't want to pay for the box to ship it. Will never purchase from them again. Read more
