This would've been an excellent bag beautiful design lots of pockets , Gave it 3 out of 5 stars because the straps unhook while you are walking and they're also not supportive enough. given the size and depth of the bag, it needs a much stronger strap and also the strap unhooks while you're moving and walking. I didn't want to believe a prior review about the strap and I bought the bag anyway. and lo and behold several times now the strap has unhooked while I was walking and sitting with the bag. I will do like The Other user and I will probably get another strap on Amazon or from another bag and switch it out I would give the bag a 5 out of 5 if they would improve the strap Read more
