Arrived in good time, and I was worried at first that it would be a deformed mess, as it came folded and squashed in a small package. After stuffing it with shopping bags to smooth out the wrinkles, and leaving it sit for a few days, it returned to shape nicely. It is the best travel tote I have ever had! Sturdy straps and material, exactly the right amount of pockets, structured bottom which keeps it from tipping over. It is very nice and professional-looking; understated, but not cheap or juvenile. The insulated pockets kept my hot/cold beverages hot or cold as needed. I use it extensively for air travel as my personal item bag, and it holds everything I need. The bag is pretty large in person. A bit too big for me. I stopped using this bag. If I only had a water bottle in one pocket and the rest of the bag was pretty light, the bag would significantly tip to one side. Good quality though if you need a large sized bag. Read more
After several weeks of use, I can say that I like this work bag very much. It replaced a much more expensive brand that was PU which made it very heavy; this laptop bag is much lighter and easier to carry. I like that there are both inside and outside gathered pockets for a cup or bottle on each end of the bag. I also appreciate nylon both inside and outside for wear and cleanup. I've had other bags with fabric inside and it's hard to get stains out. Having the inside of the black bag lined with grey nylon makes it easier to find things inside. There are so many pockets and dividers that you can organize your things in a variety of ways. I specifically looked for a bag with a luggage strap. This had all the other features I wanted but I would love for the luggage strap to be just a bit wider from top to bottom for stability on top of a carry-on. This strap goes almost the width of the bag, but it's thin, leading to a bit more slipping around on when it's on a carry-on bag. I do like that there are outside pockets on both sides of the bag.
