The media could not be loaded. I just opened the package, I'm standing in my garage, just plugged it in and turned it on, and am impressed by the features it has, I've never had a heater this nice before. Only time can tell how much it's gonna help the cold in the shop during the winter, but I've got faith in it right now. The biggest thing I've learned from my purchase/situation in buying this heater is that the customer service of this company is amazing. They are extremely helpful at getting your problems resolved, I received emailed replies much faster than I usually get from other companies and their customer service, overall I'm very impressed and happy. This is a very good quality slick-looking space heater. Its pricing – for me – is a little on the high side given what it is, but it is full-featured and works well and looks good while doing it. The heat output is great, and it seems to be able to spread the heat around very well. As space heaters go, this one is quite quiet and runs smoothly – although you would expect that for the price, I think. The remote works well and from a reasonably good distance away. Read more

I've gone through dozens of space heaters in the past 25 years. I live in a trailer and they are my only heat source. So far so good on this one. Just went through a 24 hour run and it did well. Perfect space heater for an office. Looks stylish, not too large, and performs well. Electronics are a little more complex than normal, but it has responded well. Usually, it's the electronics that go first so only time will tell. Read more
A bit smaller than I expected. I was hoping with the high price tag that there would be more features like when you set the thermostat it would turn off completley then turn back on if/when the desired temperature was reached or dropped. It'll keep oscillating if the temp is reached with the heating element and fans off. Other than the oscillating and fan only option not much different than other cheaper tower heaters I feel like. It does its job pretty good otherwise. The heating element is larger than some others I've seen. It also has a removable dust filter which is nice. Read more
