A budget alternative to the Logitech G Pro Superlight (if you don't mind the software)
So far every Rapoo I have owned has been an impressive 'clone' of a much higher priced alternative, and i'm happy to say the VT2 MAX continues this trend. This mouse is incredibly light, shaped just like the GPX, and build quality as been solid (though the coating is a bit of a fingerprint magnet). The PAW3950 sensor is crazy impressive...I was honestly unfamiliar with it until this mouse but its legit native 8k polling is noticeable if you have a high refresh rate monitor. I havent had it long enough to truly test the battery life but the 800mAh rechargeable should last plenty - though this does admittedly cause a little bit of a weight imbalance thats slightly noticeable if you perform a lot of vertical flicks. The only cons I have is the software and the feet. The software does the job but isnt nearly as robust as Logitech's, and the skates are okay but I'd upgrade if you can find some. All that said, for $60 this mouse is punching well above it's weight class. Read more
