Absolutely love this thing, the feel of the trigger for the flame is fantastic! Only warning I'd give, but its only because I was dumb, Make sure that you take off the cap cover before filling and turn the torch all the way off, Mine came slightly open, and I didn't realize it till I went to take the cap off & was leaking Butane. Smaller than I expected but the flame is rather powerful even for a bigger torch. I wanted one a little bigger than the one I have but this quality is amazing. Pic for reference they about the same size but this one last at least 3 times longer per fill. Read more

UPDATE: 4/10/25, they get a 5-star for trying to help. Unfortunately I couldn’t return the favor - I tossed the torch in the recycling bin some time ago and it’s long gone, no way for me to send it to them so they can test what made it leak so badly. They also offered a refund; but I thought with this tariff war going on, everybody is going to be losing…I can’t miss what I don’t have (and it’s not like it was $100); therefore I wanted them to just keep there refund. Good faith, one kindness deserves another. Also also, they offered to send me a new one but I couldn’t accept that either. I needed a mini torch and ordered a different replacement, don’t have a need for two. I couldn’t even accept it and gift it away as nobody I know needs or uses one. Really kind of them to try. Everywhere some products come out with faults or defects. If you’re going to open it once you receive it to see if it works, you should be able to return it if it doesn’t. I just missed the window by the time I got around to trying it with a project I was working on. FWIW, the replacement I got does not feel as nice in the hand as this one did. ORIGINAL REVIEW (2-star original): I can’t give it a 1. It looks really cool. The fit and feel is nice in the hand, good hold, nice weight. AND IT’S PURPLE!!! That said, however, no matter what I did the butane leaked out. When it was completely full you could literally hear the hiss of the leak. Yes, I did make sure the valve knob was turned completely to “close” as hard as I could with my fingers. I thought maybe my hand/knuckles weren’t working right because they were already hurting before I tried the torch so I grabbed pliers and REALLY made sure I tightened it. Nope, failed again, all the fuel leaked out and it still hissed when I completely filled the torch. I could not try the lock feature. I can’t offer an opinion on it. It seemed very stable just standing there so I’d imagine if yours works that would be great to have both hands available to hold a project. As it was leaking, I did light it and the flame seemed fair - not particularly strong but not weak either. The value for the money was not good. If it DID work though, it would’ve been well worth the purchase. I’m sad about tossing it but it was unusable. I really really liked the look, color and feel. It fit in my hand perfectly.
