Was fairly easy to assemble. No tools really needed. Everything snaps or locks together. The polls are a little lightweight and make the unit a little wobbly, but altogether a nice piece. I purchased this under a year ago and it has served me very well. It can withstand a lot of weight and a lot of clothing and has been very helpful in helping me organize my closet, especially in making it easy to move. It assembles very easily and rolls well even with all the weight. If I needed or had the space, I probably would have purchased the larger unit. When I needed a part replacements I was able to obtain them very easily and the customer service was impeccable, even almost a year later. The only thing I would suggest and recommend for the seller to consider offering, is making the option of buying different or alternate features that would allow for customization without having to purchase a whole new/separate rack. I would love to be able to add shelves and or basket/drawers that I saw in other formatted units. But otherwise, I'm very happy with this purchase and would purchase again if and when needed.
