I purchased this for my son for Christmas. It is amazing quality and looks great. However, I can not recommend buying this at all! The smell is horrendous. We tried soaking it , cleaning it , putting in the sun, etc. It is so bad you can smell it in another room ( no exaggeration). It is such a shame. I really should’ve sent it back, but he liked it and we kept thinking the smell would disappear. Even after a few months , it is shocking how bad it smells. There is no way he could wear this in public without others noticing the bracelet and not in a good way. It is a shame because it is overall amazing aesthetically and quality… but that smell! No way I would ever recommend purchasing this. It is definitely a bracelet that ends up in the trash. Read more

The Raymard Classic Bracelet is a surprisiungly good looking bracelet made out of "microfiber leather." I wasn't sure just what microfiber leather was so I looked it up before I ordered the bracelet. What I learned was that this type of artificial leather is supposed to be the most realistic of the different types of faux leather materials in the market. Having received the bracelet I have to say that I agree with that definition. Although the microfiber leather definitely is not real leather it feels pretty close and has none of the smell or "stretrchiness" that I find so prevalent in materials such as PU leather. Further he red color I ordered is thankfully not a blazing red but more of a sedate, dark, red that looks good on the wrist. The design of the bracelet is on par with other much more expensive real leather bracelets. The braid is tiny and tight and the gold clasp was easy to both close and open on your own wrist with a bit of patience when doing it one-handed. The clasp is claimed to be 316L stainless steel plated with 18k gold. Since I didn't know what 316L stainless steel is I looked that up as well and learned (amid all the scientific metallurgic information I could not understand and will not repeat here) that it is a quality material commonly used in precision, especially diving, watches. The sizing of the bracelet is claimed to be 8.4" and it measures out, if not exact, to be really close to that. All together I think the Raymard classic bracelet good quality bracelet well worth the price charged. It is not real leather and I am not rating it as if it was, but for an artificial leather it feels and wears well and I think it is a strong 4 star item.
