I use batteries all the time and tried various major brands over the years. For many years, Duracell was my go-to and considered to be the best. Despite the fact that I preferred Duracell, there were ongoing problems with Duracell batteries, mainly the fact that they leaked. Not just occasionally but continually. More battery acid had to be cleaned from various electronic devices than I care to admit. And that stuff is nasty and can burn your skin if not cleaned right away. In short, it's a bloomin MESS. It was by accident that I was introduced to Rayovac by a salesperson who suggested the brand when Duracell wasn't available. He gave the typical schpeel about how great Rayovac was. I wasn't interested until he proceeded to demonstrate how the store had conducted a performance test on the different brands to see if one did better than the others. (The store had nothing to gain or lose because they sold all the major brands.) The results of that experiment revealed that Rayovac outperformed the others by a significant margin. Then he then offered a deal I couldn't refuse. Try the Rayovac and IF I didn't like it for ANY reason, I could return the batteries for a full refund--no questions asked. I took him up on his offer that day and have never looked back. He was right. Rayovac not only outperformed the other brands, they didn't leak. In fact, in the years that I have used Rayovac, I have had NO battery leakage at all. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Duracell which had continual leakage problems. I couldn't be happier than I have been with Rayovac. I hope that the company continues to produce the same outstanding quality in the coming years as they have thus far. If they do, they'll keep me as a lifelong customer. Terrific batter. Long-life and NO leakages. Read more
These are used in cellular game cameras. They seem to have a very good life span and have never caused any problems with the type of camera that I use. I keep the cameras on 'instant' so that I can send a command to take a picture instantaneously. This requires more frequent camera "check-ins" and, obviously, more battery use. I have been very pleased with this (after trying a few others). Read more

Not sure what's happened but these Rayovac AA batteries I bought here can be rechargeable. I play quiet time Black Ops 4 PC with my Xbox controller and keep replacing the AA batteries. Since I bought these Rayovac AA batteries I haven't thrown them away once they have no more juices...because I can actually recharge them - funny eh????? They are for some reason being rechargeable (I tested with Duracell or Energizer , none of them can be rechargeable !! interesting). Another interesting point here is they are recharged to almost the capacity at initial LOL !! I've been using two pair of AA for my xbox controller and kept rotating them since recharging using EBL charger. HOWEVER, to be SAFE, WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE THEM CHARGING WITHOUT ANY MONITORING BECAUSE OF HAVING RISK OF FIRE SINCE THESE ARE NOT MEANT TO BE RECHARGEABLE!!! It's been a while that I haven't bought any AA since the last purchase of these Rayovac (AA & AAA) LOL ...saving TONS of money! Read more

Since this is a recent purchase I can't yet speak to its longevity. I did like the value, and the packaging which is very compact and takes up less space than many other ones I've bought in the past. Read more
