Got this after my G915X Tactile didn't live up to expectations. Maybe not fair to compare Linear to Tactile, but this keyboard just feels like home after using the Blackwidow Ultimate for ~5 years. I like the feedback on the volume wheel as well, though I think I preferred the rubber media keys on the G915X. Overall though, between the keys on that keyboard feeling weird, and the double-press issue, I won't go back. NOTE: Make sure you check that you have the latest firmware, as they did release new firmware on August 14, 2025. EDIT: and now another Firmware in early October. Read more

I've only had it a week but so far so good. My first real keyboard and it's great as of now. Has the right amount of weight for me, doesn't feel cheap. Lights on it are great and as customizable as expected. Battery hasn't been an issue for me but I leave a cord nearby and just plug it in every now and then out of habit for my other devices. I suppose if I would have been hooking this up to a Windows computer I probably would be giving it a five-star review right now but seeing how I was using this for a Linux setup I ran into a few issues that I was not quite expecting while I understood that I would not be able to use the synapse I was under the impression that I could preset profiles and macro keys and while you can preset profiles it's not as smooth and intuitive and accurate as you would expect it to be and you can't set macro keys outside of synapse compatibility. All in all it's a really good keyboard though I like to build quality and I like the features that it has even if I don't necessarily have access to them most of the time. The keys feel great, sound great, look great, It's really a great keyboard overall Just be aware that if you're not on Windows you will be limited with its full potential. Read more

Keyboard feels and performs quite great. However... that's if you hit the jackpot and don't get thrown a brand new battery issues fodder. If you're within the U.S and can return it as soon as you notice battery issues, go ahead and try your luck, it's a great keyboard. If not, please don't buy it. Avoid going through the same nightmare I will trying to deal with Amazon's support. Read more

Low profile keys which is what I wanted. Etched keys so hopefully they last. Last Razer didn't have etched keys and most of the numbers were worn off (I'm a gamer). So far I'm loving the responsiveness of the keys and who doesn't like changing colors! Read more
