The Amazon box that I received was in good condition. When I opened this box and took out the product, the product box was smashed on the top left corner. As you can see in the photo I uploaded. I didn't think much of it because it's just the box. As far as the positives, I will say, that the product itself is very beautifully designed. Really nice form factor. Relatively comfortable in the ears. Charging case and magnetic feature when you put them back in the charging case is really nice. Overall the aesthetic is very pleasing. But, that's where the positivity ends. The quality of the product which matters way more than the aesthetic is horrible. The sound quality is not great, even at my best sound settings on both my computer and console, the sound felt like it was in a box. The bass was too heavy and was scratchy, the mid-range was non-existent, the high ends were fine but a little muffled. Mic is horrendous. My friends told me that I sounded like I was in a hallway with high ceilings, when I was in a well insulated room. My biggest gripe with this product, is that it advertises a 20-hour battery. This could not be further from the truth. Before using I made sure that it was fully charged to 100%. I used these buds for less than 2 hours. When one of the two died. Within 10 minutes, the other died. I found this confusing because of the advertised 20 hours of gameplay. I figured, maybe it's just that they're new and I didn't really fully charge them, or maybe one was fully charged and the other wasn't. So I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Plugged it back in. Switched to my old headphones for the time being. Came back an hour later and the headphones indicated that they were 100% charged. Again, less than 2 hours later -they were both dead. This does not have a 20-hour battery life. It has a 2 hour battery life, and this does not work for me as it wouldn't work for anyone. It's a real shame because they're very nice looking , but functionally these earbuds are terrible. Some of the worst. I've gotten $10 earbuds at a gas station, that were more reliable than these. I cannot believe that these run $150. Do not spend your money. I am really hoping that Microsoft comes out with some Xbox proprietary earbuds, as I was really getting tired of the over-the-ear headphones. But they have proven to be much more reliable for now. Works well I am able to use on my pc and xbox easily. Only issue is battery life, it only lasts like 3 or 4 hours at max and after a while of owning them it will shrink. Still works well for me because I will only have one in while the other is charging or I'm just not playing Long enough for it to die Read more

To start this review, I have had this product for almost a month. I plan to update in the future particularly if any issues arise. My use case is limited only to the 2.4 GHz dongle usage with a PC, ANC/ambient noise off, and lighting off as well. I have used the microphone for telecommunications (Zoom, Teams) and have had less complaints than when I use the built-in microphone on a laptop. An equalizer is offered in their app (more on that in the following writing) but I have not touched the levels. If this matches your planned usage, my review might be a good read. Compared to another large "gaming" brand in-ear, wireless, 2.4 ghz headphones product, these are excellently comfortable to use over the span of two ~4.5 hour stretches in one day. The fit is comparable to the popular brand name headphones for the fruit-named cell phone. I have had minimal feedback problems which often enough come from walking away from the PC or standing next to my microwave when I turn it on. I am by no means anything of an audio expert so if, like me, you just want the output of the system snugly into your ear canals, the quality should be of no issue. The fit of the base ear tip worked well for me in not only fit but also dampening the surrounding noises in my household to bearable levels. Again, this is without using the ANC feature of the headphones themselves. None of the following are cons per se, but are improvements I hope to see in the overall field of wireless earphone technology. Battery life is average as mentioned above considering the featureless configuration I prefer. I don't mind using my phone to pair the set to the designated app (you don't need to even "pair" them fully to the phone -- it only will interact with the app!) and the configuration sticks even when switching to the "hyperspeed" wireless. In fact, I prefer not needing a desktop program to control my headphones but it could be useful to others who desire the ability. Currently, there is no desktop program (that I have found) which will manage the features of the headphone. The last thing that I pray will come to wireless headphones by some form of engineering magic would be 5.1/7.1 surround sound. This would be a wild stretch to implement though the aforementioned competing "gaming" product suggests the ability, it causes awful distortion when the "surround sound" is virtualized into poppy, crackly garbage. For now, I am comfortable with simple stereo sound until the physical drivers of the headphones themselves are able to support a wider range. Read more
