Great headset. Super easy to connect to the xbox. Super easy to adjust the volume on the side of the headphones. The voice quality is super clear and havent heard any complaints from any other players of feedback which seems to be a common issue with headsets. Super lightweight and comfortable and can wear them for hours of gaming the battery life is incredible . Would recommend Read more

One of the best sets of headphones I have ever owned. Connecting was super simple and the audio is amazing especially when 3d mapped on the PS5. They are super comfortable and hold up well during long gaming sessions. Read more

I purchased this headset so I could game and not disturb others. It was easy to connect to my Xbox and automatically connects each time I turn them on as long as my Xbox is already on. It offers two different connection types for charging and I have used them for at least up to 10 hours between charging and they haven’t lost power yet. They tune out other noises around you so you don’t get distracted. Sound quality is very good. Much better than just listening to you game through a TV. They feel like good quality and are comfortable. The only thing I regret is the microphone isn’t detachable. I don’t talk to anyone while I’m gaming so the microphone really just gets in my way. Ive had these for about 8 months. They were my first wireless headset and I loved them. Best headset I have ever owned, comfortable even after hours of play and sound was amazing. Really made gaming immersive. Unfortunately, my cat knocked them off my entertainment center, which is less than 3ft tall and one side snapped. I was a bit upset they broke so easy, off such a small fall, but I should’ve placed them in a safer spot. My only other issue is, after a few weeks occasionally I would get a repeated feedback noise that could last upto a couple minutes before it went away, but I learned to deal with it or just shut them off/on and it would go away, not sure what was the cause of that. Overall they’re a great headset and I would recommend and will most likely be buying again once I can. Read more

Great for the price of this. Love that it’s cordless. Didn’t like my old ones that you connect to the controller and this is perfect ! Read more

Bought a new monitor, and a PS5. The monitor has no speakers, so I bought the Razer Kaira Dual Wireless Gaming Headset. It starts of loud, but can be adjusted to more feasible sound that you can handle. It is comfortable to wear on your head. Comes with a dongle to connect to the PS5, since the PS5 doesn't allow wireless bluetooth with the headsets. Overall I have no problems with the Razer headset! Read more

I ordered these in mid November and it’s not even Christmas yet. Now that I look more closely where the ear muffs are beginning to break away from the head cradle, it’s obvious why these are breaking so soon: it tapers to become very thin right where it flexes while resting on my head. I guess it couldn’t handle the size of my skull? I didn’t abuse this headset at all. Kept it stored flat while charging, with nothing else on it. This product is not eligible for returns through Amazon, so I will have to contact Razer directly. Their headsets come with a 2 year Limited warranty. I don’t think I want a replacement of this same model of headset, now that I know where its structural weakness lies. EDIT: I went back and forth directly with Razer. Their Limited Warranty only allows replacements of like-for-like, so if you find that a model doesn’t suit your needs and it’s past the return date for Amazon, you’re stuck with that exact model, no matter what. They even feigned to escalate the issue to a higher-up and still nope, they wouldn’t just credit me the cost to put towards a different model that I know works well for me (the Blackshark V2 Pro; the only reason I bought a new headset is because my old one has a worn-out charging port). I even offered that I could go to the local Razer store at the mall here and do all that in person with the manager there to make it easier for everyone. Nope. Zero flexibility. They’d only send me another Kaira that will probably break again on my big head and we’d go through this every 3 months, which is a stupid cycle for everyone involved. I’ve never tried to return or exchange a Razer product before and I was happy with all of their products over the years until now: Four Razer headsets, the Anzu smart glasses (via Amazon) and two Razer mice (via the local office supply store). Since Razer as a company is apparently stupid, they’ve lost me as a loyal customer. This isn’t Amazon’s fault, this is 100% on Razer. I will never buy another Razer product again. I will make it my prerogative to share this story with everyone I know in my gaming guilds, friends, etc. whenever peripheral computer accessories are discussed. I’m now using a GravaStar mouse and I just received my first SteelSeries headset, both ordered from Amazon, and I’m happy with them. I can still say that the Razer BlackShark headsets are a solid buy for the money, but since I’m door-slamming Razer, I’ll never own another one again, as much as I like them. I passionately refuse. Much better sound quality than other Razer headphones I have owned. I was saddened by just how bad my other various Razer headsets sound compared to this. I like Razer for comfort, reliability, compatibility but here are better more expensive products out there. Good battery life, at least 12+ hrs, it has never died on me. Fits a bit loose on the head, can slip and move around. Ear cups are a tiny bit too small for me, I don't want my ears touching any part of the headphone. 4-6 hrs of wearing and they start to hurt. I have sensetive ears. Much better than Sony Pulse and various cheap headsets I've tried. Zero issues with the wireless cutting out to PS5, Ive been very happy with them. Edit After a year of use The plastic is creaky and has not improved with time. I've tried using graphite but it only helped a little. The swivel on the cups is poorly designed plastic on plastic. Can be jaring if you move around. Has little or no noise cancellation on the mic. For the price it's what I would expect. I have not gotten used to the controls for mute, could be me but they could of done better. Read more
