I was really happy with this mouse. It took a couple of days to adjust, but once I did, my wrist pain noticeably improved. The design feels weird at first, but it’s incredibly comfortable and takes pressure off the wrist completely. Build quality is solid, clicks feel light, and tracking is smooth. If you deal with carpal tunnel or wrist strain, this is absolutely worth it. Read more

I bought this mouse with at least a small expectation it would help my carpal tunnel syndrome. The first thing disappointing about it is it’s not wireless. Who uses a 6’ long mouse cord anymore? After plugging it in and reading the instructions I proceeded to use the new mouse. In the first ten minutes my hand started going numb and at the end of thirty minutes I went back to my regular mouse. I tried the new mouse again over the course of three days and every time within ten minutes my hand was going numb. The numbness was onset faster than when I used my regular mouse. Now I feel stupid having to explain to my boss that the $136 mouse he paid for doesn’t do me any good. I’m trying to avoid surgery and this mouse isn’t the way to do it. Read more

I have been using the RBT mouse for over 3 years now, so needless to say I am very familiar with the quality and function of this product - and both are top notch. A little about my situation: I recently got a new laptop from work and dedicated for engineering (CAD work, SolidWorks, CAM350, etc.), so I decided to immediately purchase another RBT mouse so I could have one at home and at work. The comfort this mouse provides is awesome and second to none. If you need to constantly click your mouse for work (graphic designers, other type of designers, engineers, etc.), this product will allow your hand and wrist to be so stress free that you will hardly notice any difference between before using it and after 8 hours of intensive clicking! Another extremely useful feature is being able to select the speed at which the cursor moves on the screen. It's a well designed product featuring the unique clickers that alleviate stress at the joints of the fingers - revolutionary if you ask me! Why hasn't the big companies made anything like this? My guess is they want you to develop hand and wrist injury so you can feed $$ to the medical system which sends your money to the guys at the top who owns both the computer hardware and pharmaceutical companies. Better support your local inventors and local businesses such as this company IMO! I would say though the price may seem a bit high but for what it does it is absolutely worth it. Disclaimer: you will need to get used to using the RBT mouse. The clicking locations are underneath your whole fingers, not at the finger tips. It took me a good 2 weeks to really get used to it, and once you do you'll never look back at the crap load of conventional mouse designs (no matter how flashy they may be they are still crap for giving you stress at the joints) on the market. Get one and never look back. Read more

I gave this mouse an honest try. I was seeking an option to relieve wrist and finger pain from conventional mice. I think this mouse is quite good and comfortable for most general computer operation, but I struggled with it when it came to some gaming. The most difficult part is performing rapid clicks with the standard mouse 1 and 2. I wouldn't recommend it for RTS/MOBA style games that require frequent and rapid clicking. It functions as you might expect for a gaming mouse. Don't forget to mess with the DPI settings. Mouse 4/5 are questionable. They feel a bit flimsy, but I don't know that they will break any time soon. I wasn't too fond of the volatile price of the mouse, but I don't know how economics are affecting the costs. Finding the right one for you is a very personal experience. Good luck. Read more

I am a CAD drafter so I am making small movements with my mouse for long periods of time resulting in my wrist being in constant pain. I switched to this mouse and, after a short period of getting used to it, my wrist pain went away. The mouse is well-designed and a quality build. A couple of programmable keys and maybe making it a dockable cordless would have been nice options, but otherwise I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Read more
