I needed pants for my strength-training exercise class. These are light weight, with a comfort stretch panel on the sides that allows for free movement. The size is true; they are a good length also. Some plus-size brands add inches to the length of the leg for each larger plus size!! Some of these garments have 5or 6 extra inches of leg length. These are my second style of RBX pants. I wore their capris all summer long because they were so cool and lightweight. Since I liked those so much, I decided to buy something longer. Although I've had these since the summer, I'm just now starting to wear them in the fall. Days here are still warm enough for my summer clothes, but to be honest, I'm really done with shaving my legs all the time. It's still too warm for jeans, so these are the ideal weight for this time of year. The waistband is nice and snug without being too tight. My pants always stay up where I want them. The fabric is smooth and stretchy, and most importantly, it doesn't collect pet hair. These looked like ankle length pants, but they are a little longer on me. I'm 5'7" and the hem skims the top of my foot. I like that with the right top and footwear that these can be dressed up too. I like these enough that I have purchased them in black and charcoal. While RBX doesn't have a robust plus sized catalog, I'll be checking back regularly for new releases. I'm 5'7 and 240. I ordered XXL. 1st they're super soft and the fabric seems cool for hot summers. The tuxedo strip down the pant adds a nice touch. The pants are not ankle length, I guess if you're 5'9 then they would be. After reading reviews and checking out sizing I ordered XXL, but to me they're a little big. I carry my weight in the front,an apron belly as it's been so lovingly has been phrased! I'm definitely ordering more colors, but I think I might go a size down. These pants look more like jodphurs than regular women's pants. They are very wide at the outer thighs. You can see it even in their own pictures of the product. They are also very hot, being all polyester. Didn't try them on until it was too late to return them. Would never buy again or recommend to anyone. Read more
