Everyone should have this flosser. It makes flossing so incredibly easy, even if your teeth are tight. They have basically perfected the flosser design and I hope they continue to make these for the rest of my life. I change the flossers out every time I use them, though I think you could potentially get a few days from them if you needed to. The handles last a very long time too. I hate flossing because it's too awkward jamming fingers into the mouth to get the floss into the teeth and scrape. I real PITA. So, I rarely did and every 6 months caught crap from my DDS. So, I found this and thought I'd give it a try. Super happy I did. Hold it like a toothbrush and go to work. Super easy and no fingers in the mouth needed! I have been using these flossers for over ten years now. I had some braces on my bottom teeth because they had started to shift position from grinding my teeth at night. The braces worked but it left some tight spaces and a couple of slightly wider spaces in my teeth. It drives me crazy when food gets stuck there, especially meat and stringy foods like celery. I keep one of these flossers with refills in a box of odds and ends next to my chair and floss every time I eat something.
