I’ve used this for about a week now, and still use my phone as a back up alarm in case I try to go to sleep after I turned this off. I should learn to just get out of my bed and not lay there after I’ve woken up. Figuring out how to set the time and alarms is a little different because you are switching between the two alarms and the clock, but once you get it figured out it’s pretty simple. I know there’s a lot of ways to turn things on and off, but I am so tired of having to go into a menu to find things having some physical switches to turn the alarms on and off is wonderful. They do send it with its own power block and charging cable and caution against using a USB-C to USB-C cable to charge it, which is kind of a bummer. I’ll be honest I’m going to continue to use USB-C to USB-C cables for charging, and if it dies it dies. But it hasn’t so far and I will report back if it does. I do use higher end, smart, charging bricks so that should help avoid any overcharge issues. The vibration is not gentle, and especially as I slide it under my pillows, gives you a pretty stern buzz. It starts off fairly gentle and gets more aggressive the longer the Alarm is going. There is no sound at all, although I do wonder if you were sleeping with someone else in the same bed if they would feel it a little. It’s also kind of cool that it has a motion based screen light so when you pick it up or move, it will activate the screen so you can see what time it is. I have my phone beside my bed so I use that to check the time in the middle of the night, but it would be fairly easy to slide this out from under your pillow to check the time as well. I do like this better than waking up to a sound alarm, so I will keep using it. I am not hearing impaired, I just find sound alarms to be either too gentle, or I have to set them to a nuclear meltdown alarm, which is jarring in the morning. This is a lot nicer and is going to reliably wake me up without scaring me awake. Read more

This works great! I place it under my pillow or next to me & it gently vibrates to wake me up. I’m deaf in one ear, and if I’m sleeping on my good ear, sometimes I don’t hear my phone alarm. With this, the vibration always awakes me and it’s not a jarring sound like other alarms. Read more

This is a nice size alarm clock that only vibrates (no beeping). I wish the instructions were a bit more clear about setting time -- it explains setting alarms on the included sheet. I found that essentially you use the +/- buttons when alarm 1 or 2 is blinking and move it over to the clock logo, then press set and set the time. That probably will make more sense if you're reading the included guide. The vibration is much stronger than a phone, though I'm sure it's close to the limit of what a portable product is capable of. I'm not sure why they chose an On/Off switch style for the alarms and the screen. When you turn the product "off" it's not fully off, it's still keeping time. I'm not sure if it turns off the alarms too or just the screen, will have to check that and update. To shut an alarm off in the morning (not just snooze) you must slide the corresponding alarm switch from on to off. I can't comment on if this is enough to wake someone up without sound or light; I bought it to augment my other alarms and see if it would help (especially on rainy/cloudy days). I definitely noticed when it went off this morning, but I'd already woken up via other alarms that went off earlier and today isn't a rainy or cloudy day, so waking up wasn't difficult in general. The screen adapts to brightness rather quickly -- it's abrupt actually; if you move your finger over the sensor it'll immediately change to dim because it thinks it's "dark." Phones usually average the brightness value over several seconds and smoothly ramp up or down, but this seems to adjust over a much shorter period. I could see taking this on a trip - it's not super heavy. While not the most intuitive interface, and the "three dots" to the left of the display are not in any way explained, it does do its core function (vibrate at given times). Just remember it has a lithium ion battery in it, so it'll need to be packed in personal item or carry-on if flying (can't be checked). Snooze seems to be 6-10 minutes - I snoozed it once this morning but didn't measure the time between. Read more

Very effective at waking me up. Does not bother the rest of the family with noise. I leave it under my mattress and it shakes and changes the vibrations until I wake up and hit either snooze or off. It’s hard to find the right button since this is so round and all the buttons are flush, but once you are done digging for it under the mattress and finding the button you are pretty awake 😁. One thing that is problematic is that you need to position it strategically since if you travel in your sleep to the other side then you may not feel it and sleep through it, but that will be an issue across the board with these and you may need a wrist band option. I’m a horrible snoozer with ADHD. This thing is awesome. The vibration under my pillow is enough to wake me but , more importantly, it jiggles my brain enough to be actually CONSCIOUS. I find it easier to get up and out of bed. Making a note about why I need to be up on my phone alarm helps, too. I’ll need to start using paper since I feel confident about leaving my phone away from my bed now. Read more
