It is a pretty and heavy weighted knife. Two sided - I didn't really realize that from the picture. The tiny holes work on the cold butter - you do need some hand strength to get that. I got it for my husband - who does think it works well for him. Read more

What could have been, but is not!
I got this in hopes that it would solve the problems of cold butter but it does not work as well as the product would have you think. It has a nice feel in the hand with some good weight and is a little bigger than a standard butter knife. Seems durable. However, it is difficult to use and is in no way a time saver. Just let the butter sit a bit and your problem is solved. Read more
