I bought this for my husband for Father’s Day to hold all of the new garden tools I also purchased for him that he needed. He absolutely loves this. I had been looking at the plastic ones with the handles that were much cheaper and thought that they would work, but that would have been a huge mistake. Many outdoor type men, like my husband, love the waxed canvas. He has purchased items like this before from other companies, such as hats, jackets and foraging bags which he uses frequently. He has even waxed one of his fly fishing vests himself, because he loves this look and it repels water. I knew when I saw this that this would be the one he would love, but I hesitated due to the price. Not because it was unreasonable, but because I had purchased him gardening tools too and it was getting expensive. I am so glad I purchased this one. He just absolutely loves it. I offered to send it back if he thought the price was too high and he was not having that, as he did not want to part with it. Many of these waxed canvas products actually can be upwards of double the price of this one. I was stunned at how nice the quality of this product was. I would not change anything about it. It is much bigger than I thought it would be and it opens widely so you can see everything inside. I love watching him out in the yard carrying this and the new gardening tools I bought him to prune our bushes or to transplant things in our yard. He will even put other tools in it and his drill to do other projects outside. I would have been very disappointed to see him carrying one of those cheap plastic gardening tool bags I almost purchased for him instead. This one will last a lifetime instead and he doesn’t look ridiculous. Don’t be concerned about it getting wet or dirty since it is canvas. The waxed process protects this perfectly. I highly recommend this and it is actually a very reasonable price for this super high quality product. I use this bag when bringing cocktail mixing equipment and ingredients with me to friends' houses. It comfortable holds a ton of gear and several full bottles, plus feels study enough that I don't have to worry about it breaking. The only thing that would have elevated it a little further is optional dividers in the main compartment, but that's not a dealbreaker. Great bag, highly recommended! Read more

I wish I had another reason to purchase more... this bag is perfect.. pockets are deep and just big enough to grab tiny items at the bottom without getting your hand stuck... it has pockets on the inside without taking up any room from the main compartment. It stands up alone without falling over... I fit so much in there I just wish it had a shoulder strap option. I haven't had it long to know if its going to last but maybe that will be the reason I'd buy another right now before its gone... oh and the bag seems to be impregnated with some wax like waterproofing, very stiff. I've been using this bag for a couple months now. It is holding up very well. My tool bags get dragged around a lot so they don't typically last more than a couple years at the most before they wear through. This one seems it's going to last significantly longer than others I've had. **edit** The bottom of the bag started to wear through and my tools were falling out. I riveted a heavy piece of leather to the bottom and now it should hold up for a long time. I dont think this is designed for what I carry in it and how i use it so I'll cut them some slack.
