I’m a 3XL in addidas for women’s so I’m 5’9, 270lbs, have a 43 inch waist, 53 inch hip, and have a 31-32 inch seam. I ordered the 1XL, I don’t know why because if you look at the chart I clearly should have bought a 2XL, but they still fit me okay, which means they will probably fit you looser if you follow what your measurements should be. Another trick if you can’t measure yourself, use another brand that you know your size in and use their measurements. The material is all polyester so mind you these are fleece as the name suggests, so they are thick and would be suitable for cold weather. Another thing I missed when purchasing. It’s not really as thin and flexible as I would like them to be. I think these would be best around the house. The other thing is that I washed them on normal and medium heat then dried them, which I’m assuming your not supposed to do because the stitching immediately started to unravel. So these clearly are not going to be lasting very long. I’ve also seen a lot of reviews (I should have read these beforehand) where the pants are unraveling and the material is pilling. I haven’t really worn them so the pulling hasn’t happened, YET. If I were you I would not waste the money on these. Invest in something that will last at least 40 washes or so.
