This is a well made backpack. Though I've only had it for a week, it seems very durable. Lots of interior storage space. Stylish outside. Shoulder straps are comfortable. The part that rests against your back is somewhat breathable. I still get a bit sweaty on my back (but I live in a tropical climate). Outside side pockets could be just a bit deeper. I can easily fit my water bottle etc in them, but I worry my umbrella might fall out. Even a little loop above the outside side pocket to secure something like an umbrella would be a nice addition. Lots of pockets and room for everything. Super cute and easy to manage at the airport. It has a strap in the back to hold on to carry on suitcase for easy travel use. It has a separate place for your device and cords. Inexpensive and got here super quick. Material is good, it doesn’t feel or look cheap. I got the white and no marks so far. I’m happy with it!
