Product thickness has changed, but it cleans our clothes well without adding pollutants to the watershed. Scent is subtle. (I don't like strong laundry scents at all. (We use plain ole white vinegar for our fabric softener. (3 capfuls) Packaged well. No leakage at all! Bottle size is not cumbersome and it is easy to pour into the front load machine. Cost is in line with store cost. With HE washers I use very little detergent; more suds does not mean clothes are cleaner. Read more

We've used this soap for months and there have been 0 allergic reactions. Love it! It also smells AMAZING! Price has gone up a lot since we first started using it, so we've had to switch to another soap. Read more

Love the product but it was delivered a bit beat up. The was liquid around the tops which was not screwed on tightly and one bottle was squished on one side. Doesn't look like much detergent leaked out but they need to pack it a little differently. Read more

Works perfectly for my needs, I always want a baby detergent that is good for my baby’s skin! I definitely do not want to put any harsh chemicals / on or near my baby. I do say it’s a little thin, watery but I don’t really care about that? .. I am glad that it’s plant based and I don’t have to worry about anything being on my baby’s skin that is not good for him. He has some small skin issues due to just being a baby... so this hopefully will keep his skin doing well. The packaging from Amazon unfortunately was not great. I don’t think it was the fault of the seller. When I received my package one of the caps had been busted off, and was half way inside the bottle... I’d say about a quarter of the detergent had been spilled out. Inside the box, outside the box .. where ever the route of the box took, I’m sure someone had to deal with detergent in their delivery truck. (Sorry!) I didn’t know it had spilled out, and the delivery driver put it spill down, on my porch, so when I picked it up and brought it inside, I left it on my carpet for a couple hours and there’s detergent everywhere now. Haha, at least it’s soap, and I can just clean my carpets with it ;) but not the fault of the seller I don’t suppose? It looks like Amazon put the smaller detergent box in a larger Amazon box without any bubble wrap, so it just bashed all over inside the larger box in transit. No biggie, I’m not angry about it! Amazon always does the right thing when it comes to shipping and taking care of the customer in my opinion. Either way, I haven’t used this detergent on any crazy baby stains yet.. but the one load I’ve done so far looks good! Everything came out feeling really clean. Read more

I was really looking forward to using this Pink Lilac laundry detergent. It described the things I prefer: cruelty free, light fragrance, concentrated, rinses clean. First impression is that it smells like industrial grade bathroom hand soap that's purchased in bulk, yuck. I used it a few times to get a better take on it versus a one time thing. My clothes, especially the towels had some weird after scent that I had to rewash to get rid of. It came off as unclean/stinky. Maybe for some it won't be a factor in spending on, but it's a total loss for me. I won't even donate the unused bottle because it didn't do the basic job of cleaning my things and along with it smelling horrible I had to wash everything twice. Read more
