I have tried a couple of vest and struggled with fit and adjustability. Worked great for and stayed in place while running, doing dips and pulls ups. Super comfortable and didn’t rub lift some others that have used. The weights easily fit. It took me a minute to figure out the latches but once I did, it was a piece of cake. I LOVE the quick-detach system on this vest. Just pull the tabs down at the waist and out at the shoulders — no more dragging the vest over my head after a workout. Once you adjust it the first time, it stays dialed in to your body, and the quick-detach pulls make putting it on or taking it off effortless. I went with the black option, but honestly all the options look great. Plus you can add some patches to really make it your own. I paired it with Caliber Armor’s weighted fitness plates (they offer them in a few different weights), and the combo has been a total game changer. The padded shoulder straps keep it comfortable, even on longer runs or hikes, and there’s even Velcro side pouches are perfect for stashing headphones, keys, pepper spray, or my phone. I’m 5’4” and 120 lbs, and this carrier fits me perfectly. The shoulders and waist have plenty of adjustment, so it’s easy to dial in a comfortable fit. As a female, I really appreciate the side pouches — it’s so convenient to have a spot for my things when I’m out hiking. There is a Velcro slot at the bottom of the front/back panel where you can insert the plates. Inside that there’s a slot and Velcro strap to secure them, such a great touch! My plates stay locked in and don’t shift around when I’m running, which makes training so much more comfortable. Can’t wait to use it at my CrossFit gym when they do the Murph challenge. Read more

I’m a tall, broad-shouldered guy and this vest had plenty of room to adjust so the fit was just right. Even the padded shoulder straps adjust, which makes a big difference for comfort. I toss my keys in the side pouch and I’m off walking my dogs. Buckles are heavy duty and the Velcro is super strong! I used Caliber Armor’s weighted vest plates (10” x 12”) and they fit this carrier like a glove. There’s even a Velcro strap to hold them securely in place. I looked up Caliber Armor and saw they also make body armor — might have to grab some of that too so I can make this vest dual-purpose. Superior product at a great price! Read more
