I ordered this attachment for my new con air pro blow dryer that unfortunately did not come with this tool. When it arrived it was in nice packaging I also got two additional sample products which I thought was really nice. I washed my hair grabbed my blow dryer and proceeded to do my hair. I got through the first section no issue went on to the next section and that is when what seems to be a rubber band inside the attachment broke I pulled it out.
