I’ve had this mask for about 6 months. I enjoy the multiple light settings for different needs. The mask itself is pretty comfortable. The only complaint I have is the fact it needs to be charged after every use. I run it about 30-40 min at a time and it sucks the remote down to 50%. The mask will not work if it’s at 50%. It charges in a couple hours but it’s still a pain if you forget to charge it. As for the actual benefits of the mask. I have pretty bad breakouts with hormonal changes. This has really helped cut them down and cut down scaring and the length of the breakouts. I do notice a difference if I slack on using the mask. For me that is 3-4 times a week in 10 min increments. I do wish I got one that had a neck mask as well. If you’re looking for something more budget friendly than some others out there, this might be a good option. Read more
I bought this after reading some reviews and following someone on Instagram that said this was a good quality product and I’d agree. It’s easy to use, comfortable and can travel with me, as I travel for work. I’ve just started using it and love that it has 7 light options and near infrared. I bought this product in January and it was still covered under their warranty. It started to dim or flash low light to high light and progressively went dead. I wrote them an email and wrote them twice from their website. No response. We feel the problem stems from the cord or controller. We've asked if they could replace them and again, no response. We've looked for a replacement online for these parts and nothing exists. I would not buy this product again and if I do buy another light mask, I'll make sure it's from a company in the states with some way of communicating with them so they can honor their warranty.
