The media could not be loaded. I heard from a friend that the red light mask is very good, and I was also very interested, so I immediately placed an order to purchase it. I didn't expect to receive it the next day, and I was very happy! Open the box, the packaging is well sealed, and the face mask is well protected! Silicone material, very soft! My face is big, but it fits well, which makes me very pleased. The 7 lighting modes are very interesting, and I hope I can achieve unexpected results! Anyway, it was a great shopping experience! It could be better when compared to similar options. The eyes have lights shine through and the mask doesn’t provide substantial protection. I usually get eye inserts that help better protect my eyes with the mask. This one fits comfortably and has tons of light options. It is easy to operate and does mostly as it describes. I just wish it protected my eyes better. However, the battery does last. There are better options for the value. Read more

Cutting to the chase on a long review. Didn’t help. Anything. Tried multiple colors and worked my way up to the top setting which was used for a considerable time. I like reading a lot of science blurbs and I’d read about various red light tests that seemed to have real results. I expected more. First off, the reason I said there was a “control” in the title. The mask does not cover the forehead. Maybe half. It’s one size that doesn’t remotely fit all. But a great way to see results. If the lower half showed improved and top did not, there ya go! But, neither improved. I do have a potential reason for this failure. When you look at the studies and the expensive systems being sold, the lights surround, but do not touch the face. They are held at a short distance from the skin, but not filtered. This product has a white-ish membrane over the lights that keep them bulbs from touching the skin. Does that change the light? Negate the effect? The lights do get hot, so it’s good to keep them from touching the skin, but it might be the reason the product…Did. Not. Work. Too bad. Much cheaper than other options. Maybe the company can find a better membrane. (If that is the problem.) Some studies show light therapy can be helpful on skin. That doesn’t guarantee any device will operate with the same effectiveness. Certainly fits under YMMV. But it is interesting enough to test. Original review below: The review is just for setup up and early use only. Will edit after a few weeks of use. There’s something called localization that’s important when writing manuals, even short ones like this. While translators can generally get the words right, sometimes structure or other issues arise when the final is not written by someone with local knowledge. This was translated in China and not localized by an America writer. There are some other problems with the manual. Not terrible, but could have been avoided and raise a few questions. Some are just funny. Like, “Before opening the package to use, please be sure to give the Face beauty instrument controller handle fully charged…” Before opening? Nice trick! Also says the recharging light will stop flashing when fully charged. That is correct. 3 lights stay lit. Later, under the heading of Charging Instructions, it says, “When the controller indicator light is off, it indicates the charging is complete.” Right at the end there’s a little diagram showing the lights and giving the right info. Not a big deal – you can figure it out – just an example of some of the issues. There’s enough there to figure it out. Not that hard to set up even with some manual problems. But then there are things like the eye protectors in the package. Pretty easy to figure out how to install them in the mask. But…never even mentioned in the manual. Do you have to use them? Only use them at times? Close your eyes during use? No mention. Using the mask is pretty easy. Attach a couple Velcro straps, stick in the eye protectors, and plug it in after charging. (NOT while charging – they make a big deal about that.) Wrap it around your face. (After doing a sensitivity test on your arm.) Push the On button. Use the same button to switch the lights – covered in the manual. And hopefully help your skin. I have done the light sensitivity test (on the arm) with no problems. Will edit in a few weeks with face results. Read more

I mean I look like Hannibal Lecter when im wearing this but it’s a nice comfortable red light mask to wear and use. The controller box has to be fully charged before you use it for he first time and that took about 5 hours. The charger cable is provided and you will just need a usb-charger to get is charger up. The mask is very flexible and soft. You do have to install the eye hole protectors, but it was pretty easy to pop them in. You can use the controller box to set which color light you want to use and the intensity. Since this is my first time using red light I did do the test on my e parm and then I was able to use it on my face. I didn’t have any issues and it actually was easy to lay in bed with the mask on to let the light do its thing. This would be great for any skincare junkie in your life and I’ll be excited to see how my skin responds over continuing use. Read more

I really like that this mask offers 7 colors including the standard red that most light therapy masks have. I have been reading a lot of the different waves of light and what they may help with. I like the way this mask feels, it is flexible and comfortable to wear on my face. I also like the straps; I think their placement is much better than other masks that I have tried, making a comfortable fit that doesn't feel too tight or pull on my hair, ears, or slip down. I also think it has better coverage also with a longer nasal cover. I also like that the mask is black, not that the looks on the outside matter, but it stand out as being a little bit different.
