What I really love is how easy it is to use. It doesn’t take a lot of effort to figure out, and it actually does exactly what it says it will. The benefits of red light therapy take time, but I already feel my skin looking better (about 3 weeks of daily use). I have acne prone skin so I love doing the blue light in the morning and red light at night. It’s comfortable to wear. I have a big head and it still fits me. It’s adjustable so you can fit it to your head comfortably. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it. I have only used the near infrared red light therapy mask for 3 weeks but I can see a difference in the skin tone and tightness of my face. There has been no irritation but the mask can leave some temporary indentions if worn for more than 20 minutes which is actually long enough. It does have adjustable straps and is not uncomfortable to wear. A bonus is that the neck /décolletage near infrared mask can also be used on your back or shoulders.
