This red light belt comes with a small red light section and then bands with hook-and-loop closure to secure it around wherever I want to. The red light area is actually quite small and this comes with no battery. However, I have some batteries from other things that appear to work with this safely, so I have been able to use this more mobility, though there is no way to secure the battery to the belt, so it's a bit tricky to use. The light feels warm and comes on okay so far, though it does blink a bit at times oddly, making me nervous about the connection. But, after using this my aches on the exact area treated often feel much less intense. Read more
I’m really glad I got this because I had been previously using a very large one on my shoulder and it wasn’t working too well. This is definitely the perfect size for shoulders which is what I used it on. I found the heat level to be enough to feel good but not to the point of burning yourself. It’s very easy to use even with a jacked up shoulder. With doing several sessions per day I saw significant improvement and eventually pain free. Read more
I have mixed feelings about this red light therapy product. Here’s a breakdown of my experience so far: First Impressions The pad size is on the smaller side, which may limit the area you can treat at once. The red lights themselves have a somewhat cheap appearance, making me question the overall build quality. I also found the bright yellow cable that comes with the device distracting and not especially appealing. Usage & Effectiveness I have used the pad several times, but I’m not yet convinced it’s making a real difference for my issue. At this stage, the results seem uncertain, and I haven’t noticed any significant improvement. Final Thoughts I plan to continue using the red light therapy pad to give it a fair chance over time. If I see any changes or improvements, I will update my impressions accordingly. While the product isn’t entirely disappointing, a few design and quality concerns, along with a lack of clear results so far, make me hesitant to fully recommend it at this point. Read more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked this red light therapy glove because it is long enough to reach from hands to just under the elbow. While the glove’s red lights did light red, there was little to no heat coming from the lights. The light stages did not work. The glove was always cool no matter the setting. Additionally, the glove had a strong floral smell. It was not unpleasant, but it made me wonder if someone used this and returned it because it didn’t work, and it then got shipped out to me. I returned it. Read more
This red light therapy is very nicely made. It does look to be a higher quality. Having said that, I can't believe how many manufacturers say that their product contains leather nowadays. In the paperwork that comes with this device, they specifically say that it is "leatherette without nature or animals harm." In my, possibly outdated, view of the world, leather means the skin of an animal. I don't know what material the leatherette is actually made from, but it does seem as nice to the touch and to look at as good quality leather would be. I actually prefer the synthetic leather, but I:m sure many people would be upset to find that it's not real leather. The controls are simple and easy to understand. It's pretty much just power and 3 intensities of light along with a breathing mode where the intensity continuously varies. It gives off quite a lot of light and I have no complaints about it. One thing I find very strange is that it does have an embroidered U.S. flag patch attached to it for no apparent reason. Although the country of origin is listed nowhere on the device or papers that came with it, I believe it is manufactured in China. A disclaimer - there is no way to control which wavelengths you are using so I can't verify that they are as described. In some other red light devices that I own, you can cycle through all or some wavelengths. in those, when it looks like the device has turned off, it's sometimes the case that it is actually projecting wavelengths outside of the human visible spectrum. A phone camera well often show the light, however, even if a human can't see it. When all the wavelengths are in use all the time, as on this device, I have no way of verifying that it produces any light beyond what is visible. That being said, I don't have any real reason to believe that it does not produce the wavelengths that it claims to. Since this device certainly seems to be of good quality, I would hope and expect that it's advertised correctly. Read more
I ordered this because of the hype on red light therapy... After using this thing for a while, I'm really not seeing any results or feeling any different. Maybe this thing is not for me. The product itself looks nice and can be utilized in different parts of your body. I'm just not convinced about the health effects of this on my body, it may work better for you. Read more
