Not really sure if this is really "red light therapy" or just a warming brace that has lights that happen to be red. I've been using it for about a month now and don't experience much relief of my typical carpel tunnel throughout my day. The only positive that I can say is that when wearing it, the warmth feels good on my wrist. The vibration, however, feels "cheap." It is jarring and more irritating than beneficial. I'll need to do more research in order to find a better/real red light therapy wrist wrap that will actually help. I bought this product primarily for the infrared features, so I was confused when I received the product and there was no mention of this feature on either the packaging or the instructions insert. My initial reaction to this was that there wasn't any infrared and that it was just a heat wrap. So I considered returning it, but I wanted to check out what was stated about it on the Amazon site. And it expressly says that it has infrared. I then asked a question about it and had a 'dialogue' with "Rufus" the A.I guy, which clarified things for me. I tried the product once for a few minutes on each wrist, and it does seem to have beneficial effects. But still, I'd feel more secure about the purchase if the packaging simply stated that the produce had infra red features. Read more

I gave 4 stars because this takes hours to charge and only lasts approximately 2- hours to use. But it does help with the pain. A bonus for me has been if I wear it to bed at night, the heat seems to help me fall asleep :). I really do like it. Read more
