Quick note for new purchasers: the FluxGo’s come with small pieces of removable plastic both on the LED side as well as at the bottom where the charging pins are located. The plastic on the charging pins is there so they don’t charge / discharge the battery while being stored or shipped. They will not charge unless you first remove them. Second, the straps take just a little getting used to. However, if you make a point to keep the buckles facing up when you slide them onto the modules, you should be good to go (i.e., they won’t be twisted or refuse to slide into place). I’ve been using the Prungo FluxGo for about eight weeks, primarily for knee recovery, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. I’ve dealt with knee pain and stiffness from years of sports, coaching, and general wear and tear. Since using this regularly, I’ve noticed less day-to-day pain, better mobility, and quicker recovery after being active. It’s not a miracle cure, and I don’t think it’s meant to be. What it is is a very effective recovery and maintenance tool. Early on, I used it daily, especially before and after soccer. Now I use it a few times a week or as needed when I push things harder. The portability is a big plus. The charging case and straps make it easy to bring to the field or use while stretching. An unexpected bonus is how versatile it is. Once my knees felt better, I started using it on other areas like my elbow after rock climbing, and it’s been just as helpful. We're using them and they seem to work pretty well. We use other things like a turtleneck , a bandage , a sock to hold it where we need to. The straps that connect them together are too hard to put on and take off. Read more
This unit is fantastic. It is really starting to help with the tendinitis in my shoulders. Very easy to use and well made. Have used it on my shoulder since late November 2025 and most of the pain has gone away as of mid January 2026 . My range of motion has also improved somewhat but I still have a ways to go with that. So glad I found this device, it has made a huge difference in my pain levels which in turn has allowed me to finally get some restful sleep. Read more
Seems to be helping my neck pain. But battery does not last long and magnetic charging cord is very short, falls off extremely easily and can’t use other regular chargers so have to remember to carry this one upstairs and down. One charge is good for about 4 sessions on the Strong setting, each about 20 minutes. I like that it gets quite comfortably warm which also helps the pain. I taught myself to use the buttons by touch to restart it so I don’t have to always remove the whole thing from around my neck which was a major inconvenience. I’d give it another star if it used a universal charger and the battery lasted longer. Small enough to be very portable. Read more

This device is awful. Putting the strips in is nearly impossible. I emailed the company, and they showed me a tiny, barely visible mark that’s supposed to help—but it doesn’t. The battery died after one use, and the charger connects with a very weak magnet that keeps falling off, which also makes it impossible to use while charging.
