I ordered these to use as some more stylish boot socks and they are cute, but they are definitely made for people with small calves. I have larger calves but they're not huge and these things were almost cutting off circulation when I tried to pull them up to my knees. The only way to make them fit me comfortably is by stretching them out which can pop the seams, so I'm worried about unraveling a little bit. I do have a pair of similar boot socks that I actually cut with scissors years ago and the seams have frayed over time but they're still holding up so I'd expect about the same from these. I decided to keep them because they're still cute and the frayed seam on the bottom will be hidden under boots but people with slightly larger calves be aware that these are not made for you.
