Hello, these cupcake trays are excellent for making egg bites / cupcakes. Yes they are flimsy and you're going to need a sheet tray underneath when using but that is the only negative. I purchased these to portion raw dog food into daily amounts. The silicone releases the meat perfectly for longer storage. I love silicone baking options because they clean and store so easily. I typically just put them on a tray to freeze but you could place them in a muffin tin as well. Nice product and good pricing. Read more

Silicone muffin pan. I purchased this item solely to make myself eggwhite bites. Worked great. Non stick and easy to use. The only drawback that I could see is that they are not very deep. Having said that, they were perfect for my needs. Go ahead and give them a try. Definitely recommend. Read more

Loved the price for my needs-- but beware not great if you are using a lot of batter. They are very flimsy and prone to collapse around the edges, you'll need to put the on a baking sheet/pan or risk dumping dough into your oven. So when you fill them, do so with them already sitting on a baking sheet/pan. And if you don't fill them all the way, then your muffins are sort of mishapen because the walls are not firm enough to ensure a nice round shape. But if like me, your just looking for an easy non stick cheap solution and muffin appearance/shape isn't a criteria should be fine. Read more
I've only used them once for the recipe I had in mind. I make egg bites for an on the go morning meal. I did notice that they did not rise as well when baked in this muffin pan. But they popped right out! Read more
