Customers say
Customers find these orthotic insoles effective at reducing foot pain, particularly for conditions like fasciitis, and appreciate that they fit well in most shoes. Customers disagree on the value for money, and while they can be easily moved from shoe to shoe, some customers report issues with them sliding forward in their footwear.

My podiatrist recommended these after I started to show signs of plantar fasciitis and I have flat feet. My biggest issue is that I love Vans and wear them as my main shoe. I also have several pairs and I don't want to give up my fashion sensibilities because of this horrible horrible condition. I wish I had known and owned orthodics before to avoid having this to begin with. This morning I put these Redi-Thotics in the same pair of Vans that were killing me just over a month ago, and I walked over to my local park for an hour pain free. I am already so elated that I won't have to completely buy tons of new shoes. I also purchased the Powerstep SlimTech since it received so many positive reviews (and is returnable, Redi-Thotics was not). I found them to be way too narrow for any of my shoes (maybe they would work in dress shoes?) and they moved too much. The Redi-Thotics were a perfect fit and can easily be moved from shoe to shoe. I highly recommend these specifically for plantar fasciitis. Read more
These are the ones to have! Bought my first set from the podiatrist and, Voila!! No more Plantar fasciitis which I started to develop from Pickle Ball. I’ve referred several friends to this product. They last a long time. Read more
I have high arches and need the support these provide. I don't need heel cushion or anything else. These cost less than custom made orthotics, but are kinda pricey at almost $50 each pair (I buy multiple so I'm not constantly changing them into other shoes/sneakers). Also, they will wear out after a while, obviously depending on how much you wear them and what you do with them. Mine tend to last about 1 year. They fit all my shoes well (size 10). They are just cushioned/soft enough to be comfortable. Love them, but again, wish they were more affordable. Read more
Great support, improve the foot health and reduce the pain significantly. Thickness is good enough to use with almost any shoes. Read more
Have been wearing these in my athletic shoes for years after a podiatrist recommended this specific brand. For my fallen arches they make all the difference in the world. With these, I can walk all day and/or go on runs without the foot and knee pain or foot fatigue that had started to plague me. I replaced them at least once a year. Very thankful for these game changers. Read more
Bought a second pair, but these arrived with a scratch and scuffs suggesting they’d been worn for more than I simple try on, however are not eligible for return or exchange (what I wanted). So keep that in mind when you’re buying an expensive insole. Read the fine print. Not happy. Read more
