I was skeptical at first because of how I thought 1 bar wouldn't be enough at a time. It's perfect. I am busy with work and at mid day i get tired and its a perfect pick up and the value its well worth the money. I love the taste , it took me about a 2 weeks to finish the box and didn't get any stale or bad bars. I even left a few in my car on a hot day and it didn't turn to mush so that's good.
