I tested this product for a solid two months before I wanted to give my thoughts on it, I think the cytokine technology is really interesting and different from the prostaglandin based ones that are the most effective at lengthening and the most prevalent. The issue with those is that they can cause orbital fat loss and hollowing around the eyes, while you might see more dramatic lengthening results I don't think the trade-off is worth the risk personally. I think the promises made by this product listing are very realistic and match what I experienced, after a month my lashes felt thicker and I've experienced much less lash loss from daily curling and mascara application, they're a little noticeably longer, but it's really the most noticeable in the density of the lashes. I like the dual ended design, The end with the little ball on it is my favorite to use. I didn't test it on my brows or hairline as I really don't need it there, but I will use both ends on the lashes and expect it to last quite a long time that way, after a couple months I still have a lot left in the one side. I apply it twice a day, it truly feels like nothing, no residue or irritation at all, easy to apply makeup on after application. I love K-beauty of all kinds, I love seeing new innovation like this. I'll be interested to see the effects after 6 months if it keeps improving, but I'm happy with the current results. I never heard of [Refilled] before. I thought [Refilled] was some kind of recycled product, until I understood this was the company name. I did not have any reaction to the formula. The [Refilled] Cytokine Eye Lash Dual Ampoule is a dual-action serum which nourishes and strengthens eyelashes, eyebrows, and the hairline. It combines a screw brush and ball tip for application. I really have enjoyed using this lash serum. I don’t like serums with prostaglandins in them because of the side effects, so testing different formulas and seeing what works is what I’ve been doing lately. What Works (And Works Well) 1. Noticeable lash growth! Within a few weeks of consistent use, I started seeing longer lashes. It wasn’t an overnight transformation, but the incremental gains were real. My lashes looked fuller, more defined, and noticeably longer at the tips. 2. Gentle on the eyes/non-irritating- This is huge for me. Many lash serums cause stinging, redness, or itchiness, especially on my sensitive eyes. But with this formula, I experienced none of that. Zero burning, zero discomfort, even if a tiny amount grazed my lash line. 3. Easy and intuitive application- The applicator is well-designed, precise but not finicky. It glides along the lash line cleanly, depositing just the right amount. No mess, no dripping, no fumbling. Whether I apply it in the morning or evening, it’s a quick and fuss-free step. The same goes for the opposite end for brow application. Things to Consider / Minor Caveats • Be consistent! The best results came when I used it daily (morning and evening). Skipping days slowed down progress. • Patch test first! Just because it didn’t irritate me doesn’t guarantee everyone will have the same experience. Always good to test before full use. • Avoid getting it in the eye. While gentle, it’s still best to get it right along the lash line rather than in the eyeball. I wanted to love this stuff, but alas, after a full month of use, I saw no noticeable difference in my brows or lashes. Not all products work for all folks, so keep that in mind. Maybe my follicles are just too far gone! Things to know: this cytokine eyelash product by Refilled is gentle and doesn't cause any sort of eye discomfort or irritation. There was no skin irritation where I used it on my brows, either. The applicator is easy to use, especially the little ball on the lash end, giving a targeted application to your lash line without wasting a bunch of product. So it's worth mentioning that I've got an autoimmune disorder that contributes to my woeful lashes and brows, and I'm not sure there's anything I can do that will actually get them to grow again. It's not like they're entirely gone, but my brows are patchy and my eyelashes are much thinner than they used to be. All that to say, I don't know if my lack of results are a me problem or a product problem. Maybe you'll have better results than I did. As for me?
