Hi, ok so honestly speaking, i never write reviews but I’ve enjoyed using the RB a lot that i thought i would be nice and write a thought out review. i rate the Rider Bag (RB) an honest five stars and i truly mean it. It has a lot of space inside so i could put all my notebooks, laptop and clothes at the same time for college (being that I’m a full time college student), its actually comfortable to wear for riding on my motor scooter and walking great distances with comfort for the lower back, the sides of the spine, shoulders and across the chest it has this latch that once you put it in place, it holds the bag to a position comfortable to you and won’t move and you don’t have to worry about the side-straps coming off your shoulder which i use every time i ride my scooter around Miami. I know that sometimes i was skeptic of a review but for my review of the RB i want to assure you that i am in no way affiliated or sponsored by the Rider Bag company. I’m a regular person just like you who wanted to look for a gear or decals that made me more visible at night and after considering putting reflective stickers over my scooter and helmet, i had come across this ad for the rider bag and it was a perfect idea to purchase. It really does have space, it shines because of the reflective feature, it’s actually comfortable to walk and ride with, and you have two compartments to place your bottle on either side of the bag and i find that quite useful because i drink from my personal flask every day with either cafe con leche, water, or juice and the RB offers a near place to hold it unlike the other bag i had before this one. As far as how it looks, it’s quite stylish when it comes to being implemented with safety features (neon green color and reflectors for visibility) i truly love that they brought this to the market and I’ve even received compliments for the bag when worn. I only say that because I haven’t ever felt embarrassed to wear something as flashy as a Neon green bag and i know that maybe that possible worry would come across your mind. One thing however, an improvement to the bag would be that the straps on the bag is thin so if you apply pressure in a certain angle to the side straps, it would most likely fall out but it could easily be fixed by watching the video above of “how to adjust the straps” and you’re golden. The price is steep but then again, a jansport bag cost like $60 and this bag would actually come in handy for you just as it does for me. I hope this helps you all in your consideration and stay safe everyone ☺️ Read more
Highly reflective for the safety and also lightweight and well-made. A bit expensive but at least it’s well-made in the reflector material is very effective so overall I would say good value in the seller is a good seller and reliable was shipped with the timing as promised. Read more
I have used this backpack daily now for almost 2 years. It's very noticeable for a rider or walker in view of cars. I love the extra straps and think it's very comfortable. Good space for many items and durable. Well worth the money! Read more
Overall I really like this backpack. I commute year-round on my motorcycle in the Seattle area so I wanted something that was waterproof, high-viz, and reflective. This bag checks all the boxes. Some things I like about this bag are that it is: lightweight, waterproof, high-viz (more green than yellow, wish it matched my BILT Storm 2 jacket), reflective, chest buckle takes pressure off of shoulders, helmet pouch add-on worked good when I had to bring an extra lid one day, side pouches are deep enough to actually keep a water bottle in. Some things that I wish were different: The shoulder straps do not have anything on the end to keep you from releasing too far or to make them easier to grab with gloves on. I tied them in a knot and it at least keeps it from coming undone. The straps are also very short. I have slightly wider shoulders than average and with my jacket on I can barely get this thing on. The buckles also do not hold the straps in position once you pull them tight. I find that as I move on the bike they loosen up over time. I also wish there was a little more space inside. If I take out the insulating layers from my pants and jacket there is not room for much else in there. There is what looks like a headphone cord pass-thru sewn on the side, but there is no hole behind it to put any cables through. Pretty sure if you cut it that water would leak in there. The whistle is more of a gimmick than anything. I cannot whistle very well on my own but what I can do is louder than this thing. Overall it is a good pack that feels well-made. If they made changes to the shoulder straps I would give it 5 stars. Read more
I love this bag. I got the hi vis yellow with reflective panels one and I use it daily because I commute via E-scooter. This backpack helps keep me visible and safe. It also has lots of thoughtful design elements incorporated. Inside the smaller zippered area is a keychain clip that makes it easy to leash my house keys in place in my bag so I don’t have to go digging for them. It has a bottom pouch to stow the rain cover out of the way, and domes with a helmet net that clicks into position. It has a padded section for a tablet or laptop, room to lug lots of stuff, and flexible external bottle/cup holders on either side of the pack. The reflective panels light up like a flashlight when headlight beams fall on them. They’re so reflective that if I carry my bag near the sink faucet at work that has an infrared sensor, it will trigger and the water will start flowing from the faucet from across the room! Read more
The media could not be loaded. This backpack is beautiful. Very well made. Fits me perfectly. Has so many pockets for all my nonsense. Durable straps and works amazing for my trips to work. Doesn’t dig into my shoulders and even came with a waterproof cover. Super comfy backpack. Also, super cool compass clip inside that’s removable. Has a helmet net that detaches. I 100% recommend this backpack for your journey. Also most importantly it’s super reflective so you’ll be seen wearing this. Read more
