I have terrible dry eyes resulting from laser surgery a decade ago. It’s the worst at night with corneal abrasions occurring frequently despite use of eye ointments, eye masks, you name it. I have noticed a significant improvement since using these drops however. I try to use during the day and then before bed (still using eye ointments as well) and I’ve had fewer issues. Just wish these came in a bottle instead of the single use doses. Read more

Recommended by my eye doctor. Great for dry eyes from dust and pollen. Cpap machine air has a tenancy to blow air in my eyes which dries them out. Refresh puts back the moisture back. Only one problem with this product is when you tear off the cap, the edges are jagged and I had scratched my eye. When you break off the cap, the edges should be smooth. Manufacturer needs to redesign this or use a different case. Read more
