Good weight quality so they don’t tip over and the shades are big enough in circumference that there’s quite a bit of light shining from underneath. The height is perfect for living room lamps. Wry beautiful lamps! The lamps are a greige color to them. They aren’t quite gray and they aren’t quite beige tone. I put one lamp by some brown leather chairs and it pulls the beige color more. I put one by my linen colored sofa and it pulls the gray/ greige more. Lap shades are a nice soft linen colored. They are simply gorgeous. I’m posting pics but it is very hard to tell by photos. Although the shipping carton had a few dents and dings, and I didn’t know what I’d find upon opening the box, the lamps and lampshades were unscathed. They were very well packaged to prevent damage in shipping. Assembling the lamps went without a problem. We very much like both the design and the color of the lamps and lampshades.
