Rekucci Womens Ease into Comfort Stretch Office Casual Slim Pant

I LOVE these pants. I've pretty much given up on wearing pants to the office bc they never fit or are too uncomfortable to make it through the day. These pants are amazing! They look like slim fit slacks/cigarette pants, but feel like (or at least have almost the stretchiness of) leggings. They are pull-on (no button or zippers), so they have to be super stretchy, but they are thick enough that they still look like pants (rather than the usually see-through leggins). They also have nice details that keep them looking more like slacks (fake space for a zipper, seaming along the waistband, faux pockets), so they do not look like leggings at all. Two minor complaints 1.)they are a tad bit loose down near the ankles. My personal preference is for the pant to tape down to the ankles pretty closely so that I can tuck them into boots/booties easily. This is pretty obvious in the pictures, though so it's not like I was expecting that. 2.) Not sure how the fabric will hold up. Its nice and thick, but its almost shiny (maybe semi-matte or satin finish would be a better way to describe it). Sizing was as expected. I'm pear shaped, 5'9 and about 160. Usually wear a 10-14 in pants. Ordered a 12 in these. I have a VERY heard time finding pants that fit because my waist is so small bu my thighs and hips are massive. I made sure to read reviews of these pants first before making my purchase and I did see many people stating that you should NOT put these pants in the dryer. I am glad I saw that spelled out so clearly because I usually dry all of my work pants, which might explain why I go through them so quickly. When these pants arrived I wanted to wash them before wearing them - obviously. I bought a special detergent just for black/dark clothes and used that on the pants. My only issue was that they came out so wrinkly! I even made sure to put them through an extra spin cycle to remove as much water as possible since they wouldn't be going in the dryer. They took so long to dry hanging up that I did wind up throwing them in the dryer on low heat for like 15 minutes. This helped them dry and helped the wrinkles somewhat. I still had to iron them, which is not a big deal (I'm just lazy). But I was really impressed when I wore them to work the next day. They fit great and looked great. I loved that they looked professional but were extremely comfortable. My favorite thing is that there are no clips or buttons because those can hurt when sitting down or after a big lunch! Instead these just slide on and magically stay up on your waist. I also bought the straight leg, tummy control version of these pants, but have yet to wear them. 1st I just wanna say a lil something about buying clothes. Im little but I have shape & finding the right clothes (not in kid's section) that fit & look good at the same time, can be exhausting & frustrating. Im sure there are a few woman who totally understand what I mean. (Ive cried in a few stores) Anyway, let me tell you, these pants are very comfortable. The size fits the way its suppose to. The best part is, you can wear these for any occasion. Add a pair of heals & a dress shirt or a t-shirt & a pair of sneaks, you look good & are comfortable all at the same time. I Will definitely be buying more & have already recommended to a friend. I also bought another pair from this brand, Rekucci; women's secret figure pull-on w/tummy control, (sz 2 in Mocha) I've only tried these on, haven't worn them yet. But they're comfortable & look good. The tummy control is subtle. In other words, you can breathe. I don't really have a belly but I feel more comfortable when it looks flat. And just 1 more note, if you noticed I bought 2 different sizes. Take the time to measure yourself & check each chart that is shown with every pair. It's usually the last pic as you're swiping left. Love the quality, design and style of the white pants I purchased. Getting into my seventies it's so difficult to decide or even find what I want to wear that's stylish, appropriate and fits.
