Having arthritis in the neck this pillow was supposed to be good for the cervical, back and side sleepers. . The pillow is very hard and not bendable which might be good for some people. I will keep only because we (bought 2) used them last night. I personally think a pillow that is a little pliable would be better than being rigid and hard. Read more
