This pillow is a bit firmer than regular pillows, but it provides excellent support for the neck and shoulders. Having arthritis in the neck this pillow was supposed to be good for the cervical, back and side sleepers. . The pillow is very hard and not bendable which might be good for some people. I will keep only because we (bought 2) used them last night. I personally think a pillow that is a little pliable would be better than being rigid and hard. Read more
