Just received and still learning the steamer…I replaced a similar model I had purchased long ago. Nice redesign and attachments. As with most these kind of products “ user instructions” leave a lot to be desired. Gonna look on YouTube to see if someone has a short video on unit. Works nicely! Would have rated better if had better instructions or video tutorials. Read more
Great steamer, but it needs to be specified clearly that it doesn't work with RO water either, bacause was show me low level with full tank and the pump never run. It looks like the water level sensor is inductive, which requires the water to be conductive, and DI/RO water doesn't work. Soft water works; that's what I ended up using. Read more
This is an AWESOME steam cleaner! It worked great at cleaning wood cabinets as well as granite back splashes and porcelain stove. Heats quickly and the attachments work great! Read more
I can’t say enough good things about this steam cleaner! From the first use, it’s clear that this machine was built for serious cleaning. The power of steam alone is incredible — it cuts through grease, grime, and buildup without needing a single drop of harsh chemical cleaner. I’ve used it on tile floors, grout lines, kitchen counters, bathroom fixtures, hardwood floors, and even my car interior, and it leaves every surface fresh, sanitized, and spotless. The unlimited steam technology is one of my favorite features. Unlike traditional steam cleaners that need to cool down and refill mid-task, this one allows continuous refilling for uninterrupted cleaning. That’s a huge advantage when tackling larger jobs like kitchen deep cleans or multiple rooms. Performance-wise, the 72 PSI (5 BAR) pressure and 260°F tip temperature deliver an impressive punch. It easily removes stubborn dirt and baked-on residue that regular mops or sprays can’t touch. I was especially impressed with how well it restored my grout lines and removed old soap scum from my shower — both jobs that usually take a ton of scrubbing! The twist-lock high-pressure nozzle is another thoughtful touch. The brass tip holds the attachments securely in place, so there’s no wobbling or slipping while working with high-pressure steam. It feels safe, sturdy, and well-engineered. The included 28-piece accessory kit is fantastic — it has everything you need for a variety of cleaning tasks. From large surface attachments to small brushes for detailed cleaning, I’ve used nearly every piece at this point. The different brushes (brass, nylon, and more) make it easy to switch between cleaning delicate surfaces and tougher materials. Beyond performance, I love that this cleaner offers a chemical-free, eco-friendly way to sanitize my home. It’s especially great for families with kids and pets since it eliminates bacteria and grime using only water. The peace of mind that comes from knowing my home is truly clean — without harsh residues — is priceless. Overall, this steam cleaner is powerful, efficient, and built to last. It lost a star because it is a bit heavy to move around, but so worth it to know if tackling daily maintenance or heavy-duty deep cleaning, this machine delivers outstanding results every single time. If you’ve been thinking about investing in a high-performance steam cleaner, this one is absolutely worth it! Read more

Powerful steam cleaner. The 70+ PSI pressure works great in removing mildew and soap scum. Works great on my shower, bathroom, and cleaning floor tiles with the different attachments. I wish some of the steel wire attachments were stronger since the rigidity isn't there and will bend when elbow grease is needed to really clear some tough mildew spots. So I see the longevity/durability not being there for all the accessories. The chemical free results are phenomenal. Sanitizing your area with no other product beyond water feels so satisfying and my lungs thank me for it. It is a heavy and the wheels aren't always the most free moving across tiles. The main pain points: Price. At $675 this is a huge price point. There's other comparable vendors that have a similar offering with around a 20% discount. Beyond the price, the most significant drawback is the small tank. This is the biggest flaw in the machine. It's just not enough to clean a standard bathroom shower and sink in one tank. You consistently run out of water. It stops the cleaning flow which makes you have to refill and wait for the machine to heat up again. The start->stop->refill->wait disrupts your rhythm. You're paying a premium for a great brand, powerful steam just to get gimped with a small tank. It's a brilliant cleaner with a frustrating experience. PS: They say to use tap water and to not use distilled water. That will just cause scaling to occur in your machine and clog it up. Researching on their FAQ, their justification on the previous model is as follows: "You cannot use 100% distilled water because the Brio requires some water particulates to be present for its sensors to work properly. The Brio 400CC is designed to work with regular tap water, although mixing it 50/50 with distilled water will help reduce the speed at which scale buildup occurs on the inside of your machine." Distilled water requires less heat than tap water to evaporate. And no particulates are needed to calculate temperature and pressure from a mechanical pressure sensor. Hope this helps your machine stay clean past the 1 year warranty! Read more
