Remington PF7320 Remington Ultrastyle Rechargeable Foil Shaver Green

It's still new, don't know how it stands up to long term use, but so far it's working very well for me. I had done a lot of research and read many reviews of various foil shavers, and one thing I found to be true is that a lot of people use them wrong and then complain that they don't work. They have 2+ days of stubble or a full grown beard and think they can use a foil shaver to trim it up. Nope. This product is good for one day of stubble. That's it. Anything more, use a cartridge razor. I use this thing every day, after I shower so that my skin and hair will be clean and also my pores will be open. I use light pressure (no need to press hard even when doing multiple passes over a spot) and it gives me a close shave that is smooth in every place it can be (I have permanent prickliness in some spots). No irritation at all. I like that the foil shaver is working so well because before this I would get terrible bloody rashes and many zits from trying to shave with a razor every day. This is a great alternative. Pro tip: keep both foils against your skin at all times, move in straight lines back and forth, but if there's a spot where it just won't catch, use small circular motions in that area (instruction booklet told me that). Many of them have way worse reviews than this trusty, cheap Remington. And hey if it stops working after a couple months, I'm only out 29 bucks instead of whatever higher price many companies would prefer I pay for their crap. Read more

I had a "Pivot & Flex" I bought back in 2013. I liked it a lot but the battery was failing. It wouldn't hold a charge for more than about two days. I also own an F5-5800 which I have never really cared for. The PF7320 has the simple dual head of the P&F and I was pleased it seems to produce the same results. I don't care for the charging system and my old P&F charger doesn't quite fit. I also don't think the trimmer is as good as the one on the P&F or the F5-5800. Still, at the price, it is impossible to beat. I've only used it once so I have no idea how long it might last, but it seems to have comparable construction to other Remington shavers, and they have stood the test of time. The one question mark is the battery. Some have complained about early failures. It may be a coin toss. 12/2/25 I may have missed this on other razor instructions but Remington recommends applying household lubricating oil to the blades after each use. They don't tell you how to do this so my approach is to put a drop of oil on my finger and rub it over the foils. I guess this lubricates the blades but what I noticed is a remarkably smooth and clean shave. You should try it. I give it five stars. Read more

Bought this in Jan. 24 because it was very similar to the discontinued model. It shaves "great" on my sensitive skin. It started cutting out every now and again, Now it only runs at about 1/100th of orig. speed. trying to find a razor that uses the same foil, because I bought an extra at time of purchase. If I didn't have a spare foil I would not recommend. I hope Remington will reach out to me but, I'm not going to hold my breath! Read more

I would actually give the shaver 4.5 stars if it were possible. It does a good job for me. I shave every day so my results will vary compared to others who shave less frequently. I'm sure results would not be great for those not shaving for 3 days. The one issue for me with electric razors is that a missed whisker or two leads to pulling if left to grow too long. It's not a razor blade so it comes with the territory. The head is a little bigger than the F2 shavers from a decade ago. It takes a little to get used to when considering that maybe the F2 was more ergonomic in design. That is; the F2 was a little easier to hold. The one negative is that it only has a USB cord. The customer has to buy the electric plug attachment on their own. Bottom line, it's an excellent shaver for the price and I recommend it. Read more

I've been using Remington microscreen shavers for around 40 years. They've always functioned well for me and lasted about 7-10 years before needing replacement. I bought the PF7320 to replace my F3800 whose battery would no longer hold a charge. Based on my experience with these devices, I think many of the negative reviews here appear to be due to misuse. First, you must not press too hard. Second, you must use it at least once a day, since it only works well on short hairs. This is true of all microscreen designs, since long whiskers will "lay down" instead of poking through the holes in the screen. Third, your skin and whiskers should be dry - buying a "wet or dry" model for use in the shower is not a good use case. I have sensitive skin that acts up if I do the exact same thing for too long, so I use a 5-blade handheld razor with shaving gel once a week and then use the electric for daily shaves in between. This combination gets good performance for me and avoids my skin acting up. All my prior Remington shavers had two screens with a single cutter that vibrated back and forth under the screen. This new model still has two screens, but it now has two independent cutters under the screen that move in opposite directions from each other. This reciprocating motion causes MUCH less vibration than before, and is quieter. This new design feature is a very nice upgrade. Remington has higher priced models that are wet and dry, and also have additional cutters between the two screens, but I'm happy with just the two screens and the pop-up trimmer for occasional use on my ears and neck.
