I was about to send it back because it only displayed the red light. I need the blue light. I emailed the company and once I got the email which was fast, I followed their instructions and just like that I got the blue light on. If only they would be clear instructions included in the box I wouldn’t have gone thru initial emotional damage. I had already returned another company’s whitening machine because that one didn’t work at all. (note: different company). This one right away worked and like I said with instruction to get the blue light was easy. Please include written instructions in the box of how to switch the settings to get the blue lights.
