What can I say? This tool is shaped like all the other gua sha tools out there and does a solid job with draining fluids from your face. It came with a nice quality case which is convenient because I don’t really like just leaving it out anywhere especially when you’re using it on your face and you don’t want to get it dirty. At first, I didn’t mind that it was matte compared to shiny and slippery but the more that I’m using it it just feels like it’s picking up more residue than it should and I would prefer that it had a shiny slick surface as that might be smoother across the skin. I don’t think it makes that big of a difference so just taking off one star, but a honestly think a shiny marble surface would feel more comfortable. Read more

I have been updating my skincare routine now that I am in my early forties. I have a jade roller and dry brushes but haven't invested in a gua sha tool yet. I was looking through various jade tools when I chose this one. I was drawn to this gua sha tool because I wanted a carrying or storage bag for my tool. I love that the gua sha came with a soft structured bag, and a shammy. The information packet is very thoughtful and helpful. I could refer to the brand's further information about how to use the tool and which oil to use. Ideally a few examples just in the pamphlet would be better. There was a page on various stones and materials that could have been focused on oils or serums. Perhaps facts about jade in regard to use with oils or products. The gua sha tool is a nice size. The tool fits in my hand comfortably. I also think the jade glides well on my skin with the proper prep oil. The jade is an attractive color. Easy to clean after use. The shammy helps protect the tool or buff it up. Storing the tool in the bag is simple. The snap on the bag is sturdy. The jade is slab cut, the edges are rounded for comfort. Style wise I do like a more thick tool but this thinner flat style is very standard and also pleasing. The jade is cool and refreshing. I have been using this gua sha in my routine mostly at night time when I have already showered and am away from elements like wind. I always drink water after any body work, so I was suprised to see the booklet does encourage this. I know results from techniques like gua sha are not always noticeable immediately or ever. I like to do facial massage and gua sha for relaxation and self care. I do have jaw tension so I use these tools to help me release my clenching and calm my facial muscles. For the price I am very pleased and impressed with the quality. I think the value of the tool, bag and shammy with an information booklet is an excellent deal. Read more

There is definitely a learning curve to learning how to use it, but from what I can tell this gua sha stone does a great job. It's smooth with no rough spots and the bag and cleaning cloth is a wonderful addition. Help when traveling too. Overall I'm pleased with this product as I learn how to incorporate it into my nightly routine. Read more
This is the thinnest one I’ve owned. It doesn’t have much weight to it. Don’t think it will last very long before it cracks. Read more
I've used other gua sha tools before, but they have all been metal types. This is the first natural jade stone I've used, and there is definitely a difference. A friend suggested I try jade because it has a more "earthy" feel, which helps with grounding techniques. (If you buy into that sort of thing. Fortunately, I do.) But apart from that, it does actually feel different from a metal gua sha tool. The jade just feels smoother to me, which is a good thing. It doesn't have an overtly heavy feel, but it has a solid, high-quality feel in the hand. It's super easy to use and definitely works well at smoothing facial skin. The only thing I wish they had improved upon is the carrying case, which feels a little cheap, but it's not the worst. I'm still pleased with how this works, though. And it's a lot easier to clean than my metal ones, which tend to leave fingerprint smudges. This material doesn't! Read more
