It's easy to use and sync to my phone through the app. It provides a ton of detailed information that seems to be fairly accurate when compared to the results I received on a similar scale at my doctor's office. I have had the Renpho Morphoscan scale for over a month and so far, I am very happy with it. It provides a great deal of information, and the App is free and easy to use. It's great for monitoring trends from day-to-day (e.g., decreasing weight, decreasing body fat%, increasing muscle mass). To start, this is a perfect scale for someone who wants to track their body composition in a general sense. The app is phenomenal and makes you feel like you paid for a service. It's super intuitive and can track multiple members. In regards to tracking accuracy, I've been using it for almost 5-6 months now. The changes in body composition seem to not be super specific if you are trying to track to a very specific level of fitness. It provides many, many measures and kinda has me geeking out every time I look at my weight and look at changes over time. It is great at giving a GENERAL idea of where you are at but is not going to be as accurate as a DXA scan or underwater weighing. I would warn anyone who wants to use it for super-accurate tracking that a 3 lbs change following a meal or drinking water seems to reflect uniquely - you could have it either add fat or muscle mass. Being that it follows the basic idea of bioelectrical impedance (a very small, unable-to-be-detected electric signal that moves faster through body water and muscle than fat), it works best if you are optimally hydrated. If you are over or under-hydrated the numbers will be interesting to view. That may be too much information, but these are the specific things I noticed and someone out there might want to know it. It is so much better than any other scale in its price range, but be wary that this won't give you some amazing level of accuracy you may expect from a $200 professional test. The scale was was great with a few exceptions. One exception is that it does not have internal storage to save data without the app opened on your phone. I weighed myself early one morning and glanced over the info showed on the display thinking that the info was being save for tracking purposes. However, when I checked my phone a few hours later to review the data in more detail, I was not pleased to see that the information was not stored. Even when I turned the device back on with the app opened on my phone, the info never came back. My second issue was that the volume of the sevice cou not be disabled. Each time you boot the device on, it plays into music and it plays it loudly. Thats a problem when I live with people and routinely check my weight first thing in the early morning. Read more

I really like the reports that are generated for this and it's something we will use really often. The scale matches our old scale so appears to be very accurate. It takes a few minutes to initially set up the app and get everything working, but after that it works well and I really like the report it gives, quite a few metrics and it will be interesting to see the over time values.
