I love that each family member has their own profile managed securely on their respective phones. Data is instantly transmitted from the scale, even if the phone is in another room. The moment you open the app, the data synchronizes immediately. The metrics provided are remarkably insightful and accurate. The readings for each family member are distinct and perfectly align with our individual lifestyles and body compositions (like fat-to-muscle ratio, activity, and hydration levels). This is crucial for me, as I rely on tracking my protein and water intake during my weight loss journey. My only minor critique is that the scale beeps quite loudly immediately after calculating the weight. While this confirms the measurement is complete, I personally find it a bit disruptive and have not yet figured out how to disable this function or lower the volume significantly. I am really enjoying the features of this scale. It includes quite a few metrics for tracking weight, muscle density, BMI and several other health factors. I purchased this scale because of the high accuracy. I can attest that the measurements track very closely each time there’s not a lot of variance from day today. This tells me that these are accurate measurements because they are consistent and I’m not getting a bunch of different readings over a short amount of time. I also like that it has an audible beep once it is finished weighing and making the measurements so I know when I can step off. I found that the app that goes with it is very user-friendly and you can see the trend of all of your data. The drawback is that if you want to have all that information, you need to have the app open and your phone with you when you take the measurement. it will show up on the display on the scale as well, but it disappears pretty quickly so it’s hard to read unless it’s going into the app. The base is pretty large, so it works well if you are a bigger person and it has a high weight capacity as well. The display is also pretty large, but it’s kind of challenging to decipher what each of the numbers are aside from just weight. I also wish that it used a rechargeable battery option rather than regular batteries, but for the price point that was a trade-off that was worth it to me compared to other more expensive scales. I think this scale does an excellent job and from what I’ve read has very high rate of accuracy so I am very happy with this purchase and it was very affordable. Read more

The scale works well and is easy to read. While the scale seems to show weight accurately, the other data that it spits out seems to be only estimates based on algorithms. I don't think that bone mass would change .4 of a pound in one day (see attached photo. Great scale, very convenient to use... this item feels like it is more about the app than the scale since the phone app is what you deal with everyday. As for the physical scale: I use it daily, it pairs quickly and automatically with the app on my iphone, it just takes 10sec to take a reading. It looks good and feels sturdy to stand on. The large weight display is easy to see, but the smaller display is harder. That actually doesn't matter since the app saves and displays that data much easier on your phone anyway. The app does a good job of saving your readings, it displays all the data in a good summary format, comparing your new reading vs. your last reading. The app does a good job of graphing the data so it's easy to see the trends and fluctuations of each of the stats. Read more
