Just tried an Oral B brush set knock off by Chox. Never tried a replacement for the brand; but this set by Chox is better than the real thing. After 1 month of use, using 2 different brushes, the brushes are long lasting & have not started to expand, discolor, or fray around the perimeter. I soak the brushes in a low concentration of hydroperoxide when not in use, & they have no odor. They fit the charged handle well- no leaks or disconnect with power & continuous brush action. Brush bristles are soft & do not cause gum irritation, or advance gingivitis. Overall, I’m sold because it’s also sold at a fair price, given the superb performance. Read more
I have ordered these replacement heads several times over the years. Fit like the original heads and last just as well for the price. I also enjoy the variety provided. Read more
ordered an electric toothbrush on my dentist’s recommendation, who suggested the circular style for the best clean—and it really does help! After using the official Oral-B replacement heads, I decided to try these since they were much more affordable. I’m honestly impressed. They fit perfectly, work just as well (if not better), and cost only a fraction of the brand-name ones. Even though they aren’t made by Oral-B, the quality and results are excellent. I’ll definitely keep buying these! Read more
These fit perfectly on my Oral-B toothbrush and work very well at cleaning teeth. Although it does feel more like a 'medium' than a 'soft' bristle, they clean teeth exceptionally well. The angled bristle pack is great for reaching plaque from any angle. Each head has its own color, just in case you share a pack with others. Also, great value for the amount of toothbrush heads that you get. Read more

2nd Edit (no more stars added) after testing the updated version of the brushes. They passed the first test -- they were much tighter against the post of the handle and didn't "wiggle" once put on. I could actually feel them doing some brushing against my teeth and gums. However, they failed the most important test - spray! Doing the recommended rinse under water while turned on, there was almost NO spray where there is almost 3 inches of spray around the brush head with a true Oral-B head (even worn to the point of needing replaced). That says it does not rotate fast enough while in use. The insides just don't work as will with that center post! This may work for others but for me -- I'll stick to the true Oral-B heads. Edited (and added 2 stars) for customer service. Chokmax contacted me about my review and experiences and sent me a new - UPDATED - version of the brushes. I have not yet tested them and won't be able to for a few months because of upcoming surgery. After a negative dental visit, I want to wait until I have a more positive visit before I test the new style and I can't go to the dentist until 3 months after surgery. I will edit again after I get the new design tested. Yes, this was cheap. Yes, it was convenient. No, it doesn't work! These heads fit too loosely on the Oral b 5000 base. So loose that the action doesn't work right and light pressure against your teeth (no where near enough to set off the red light for too much pressure) STOPS the action of the heads. Not only do they go on too easily and wiggle around on the post, when off, the brush itself rotates too far, too loosely and then wobbles all around -- Oral B doesn't wobble! You move these back and forth on your teeth, just like the REAL heads and nothing happens! When I was using REAL Oral B heads, my dentist was very happy. For the first time since I got my Oral B toothbrush, my dentist said things weren't as good and asked if I had done something different. I said no and realize later I had changed to these "el-cheapo" heads. Bad move for me! Maybe other "compatible" heads work but I'm going to trust my teeth on a clone again! I'll pay the extra and get REAL Oral B heads. I KNOW they work! Read more
